paris anyone?
its' done... it's really done. plane ticket bought, apartment in the marais booked...i'm heading to paris for almost a month in july!
i'm so excited...i'm imagining pain au chocolat and cafe au lait for breakfast, afternoons at the louvre, strolls along the seine, bread, cheese, and wine for dinner....and maybe a beautiful french woman with a sexy accent....hmmmm....counting the weeks....

my idiosycrasies...in no particular order...
1. i value honesty
2. i'm addicted to luxury hotels
3. i am usually reserved with people
4. i don't make friends easily
5. i love good food
6. i like to talk about myself, but usually only do when asked
7. i'm addicted to coffee - but only good coffee
8. i can make small talk, but secretly hate it
9. i'm hyper aware of people's "energy".
10. i don't like bratty children
11. i love a good read
12. i am a procrastinator
13. when i'm in a bad mood, it's easy to get me out of it.
14. i am an extremely light sleeper
15. i don't like shallow, flaky people
16. i won't fight for conversation space in a group
17. i am a loyal friend
18. i believe that there is always more than one side to a story
19. i am a horrible student
20. i don't like liars
21. i don't "play games" with people
22. i do like real games though
23. a great night is spent with a few close friends
24. i get anxious when i'm not organized
25. i want to see the world
26. i believe in love
27. i believe in forgiveness
28. i hate being taken for granted
29. i like to dress up to go to the opera once in a while
30. i like to wear comfy sweats and skechers
31. i have to have popcorn when i go to the movies

I am soooo glad you are finally going! and sooo glad you were able to bump it up to a month! you deserve it, enjoy every single second, don't waste one minute of it thinking about issues you may have at home. Try this, live there as the person you would like to live as here, live there authentically and try it on for size, who knows, maybe she'll come home with you.
